- " This was my first experience going to physical therapy and I was somewhat hesitant, but Bi-County was recommended to me by a close friend, and I must say, I was completely satisfied. Everyone was professional, very qualified, caring, patient and friendly. Glen Rowell worked with me for a long time, also many of the aides and I always felt that I was well cared for. Well, within a few minutes of my first consultation with Jim Macaluso, I knew that I had come to the right place. Jim put my mind at ease as he outlined a long-term therapy plan and he assured me that I'd be okay. Since that initial visit, I've worked with many of the therapists at Bi-County and I can say that they are all uniformly excellent and skilled in their craft. - " Bicounty Physical Therapy is by far the best Physical Therapy care in New York. The therapists give quality and exceptional care to all their patients, and they take almost all insurances. My parents and I have received care from Bicounty for multiple issues.
I received Physical Therapy for my shoulder tendonitis by Jim, and he did a great job, I am painfree. My Father received therapy from Jim ,after a TIA, and he did great job as well. My mother came for PT with Glen in 2005 for a herniated disc in her neck, was unable to work. After few weeks of Physical Therapy, she was able to go back to work painfree!. I received therapy from Glen for my neck, and lower back. He did an awesome job and I am still painfree. My mother is currently receiving PT for her Osteoporosis, and my father is receiving therapy for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and they are recovering well. Bicounty Physical Therapy is an excellent Outpatient Clinic. You will receive the personalized care for all your musculoskeletal needs. The staff is very knowledagble and friendly. I would rate Bicounty Physical Therapy as the number one clinic in New York, and I have been to many. I would recommend without hesitation Bicounty Physcial Therapy for anyone who wants to receive quality care."

- " This comes as a note of sincere thanks for the professionalism I experienced at Bi-County during my recent treatment for shoulder problems. Thanks to the courteous receptionists, the gentle technicians and the very knowledgeable Rosie and Jim. I learned a lot about my tendonitis and how to relieve my pain. Being able to find the muscle in spasm and to have an idea how to massage it, allowed me to survive over the last month when time did not permit me to come in for treatment.
